Un homme minus d\u2019une arme a ouvert le feu sur une femme enceinte et sa s\u0153ur qui s\u2019appr\u00eataient \u00e0 passer aux repas de la soir\u00e9e.<br><br>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris vers 20heures 35 avec des cris, un bandit a tir\u00e9 \u00e0 bout portant sur une maman enceinte et bless\u00e9 sa petite s\u0153ur. Sur le champ la maman a perdu sa vie pendant que la fille bless\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 achemin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital. Cette famille \u00e9tait en plein table entre de manger. Les enqu\u00eates sont en cours pour savoir la cause de cet assassinat\u00a0\u00bb indique Oscar Munoka, chef de localit\u00e9 Kibirizi. <br><br>Les acteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de la chefferie de Bwito alertent \u00e0 leur tour sur la circulation incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e des armes des guerres dans plusieurs localit\u00e9s de la chefferie de Bwito.<br><br>Ces acteurs pensent que la criminalit\u00e9 qui refait surface \u00e0 Kibirizi est dite \u00e0 la circulation sans contr\u00f4le des armes suite \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence des membres des groupes d\u2019auto d\u00e9fense venu combattre la r\u00e9bellion du m23 dans la chefferie de Bwito comme l\u2019indique ici Mbaya Makayanga, Pr\u00e9sident honoraire du noyau de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de Vitshumbi.<br><br>\u00ab\u00a0 Pourquoi l\u2019entit\u00e9 o\u00f9 l\u2019arm\u00e9e contr\u00f4le il y a libre circulation des armes. C\u2019est \u00e0 tout moment qu\u2019il y a cr\u00e9pitement des balles  \u00e0 Kibirizi. Le monopole de d\u00e9tention des armes revient \u00e0 la FARDC et nous ne savons plus \u00e0 qui devons demander en ce qui concerne la circulation des armes\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019interroge cet acteur. <br><br>En titre de rappel, Une autre personne avait perdu la vie lors d\u2019une incursion  la nuit du mardi au  mercredi 7 d\u00e9cembre 2022 dans cette m\u00eame localit\u00e9 de Kibirizi.
