Quelques jours apr\u00e8s la prolongation du mandat de la MONUSCO Jusqu’au mois de d\u00e9cembre 2023, le d\u00e9bat autour de ce sujet persiste.

La r\u00e9cente r\u00e9action enregistr\u00e9e est celle du d\u00e9fenseur des droits humains Ma\u00eetre \u00c9lie Vahumawa qui estime que, la MONUSCO poss\u00e8de un bilan qui ne devrait pas faire l’objet de sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 sur le sol congolais.

“Moi je crois que la MONUSCO est venue en RDC avec un mandat d’observation et renforcer le syst\u00e8me offensif sur terrain relativement aux r\u00e9solutions prises. Mais il faut se dire depuis qu’elle est l\u00e0, \u00e7a fait 20 ans pour quel bilan ? Il faut quand-m\u00eame dire que la MONUSCO a un bilan. Pendant que la MONUSCO est ici que le M23 et Codeco ont vu jour. Les ADF ont acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 le terrorisme, on a incendi\u00e9 plus de 50 v\u00e9hicules automobiles sur la route nationale num\u00e9ro 4 axe Beni-Kasindi, les femmes se font viol\u00e9es c’est donc un bilan quand-m\u00eame “, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.

Pendant ce temps, les organisations membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile forces vives oeuvrant dans la r\u00e9gion orientale du pays, sont en total d\u00e9saccord avec les actions affaiblies de la MONUSCO dans les zones op\u00e9rationnelles.
