{"id":36095,"date":"2022-12-27T08:34:11","date_gmt":"2022-12-27T08:34:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=36095"},"modified":"2022-12-27T08:34:49","modified_gmt":"2022-12-27T08:34:49","slug":"rutshuru-risque-de-coupure-du-trafic-sur-laxe-routier-kiwanja-ishasha-voici-la-cause","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=36095","title":{"rendered":"Rutshuru\u00a0: Risque de coupure du trafic sur l\u2019axe routier Kiwanja-Ishasha (Voici la cause)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le trafic entre la commune de Rutshuru\/Kiwanja et la cit\u00e9 frontali\u00e8re d\u2019Ishasha y compris d\u2019autres entit\u00e9s du groupement Binza  est en risque de suspension.  <br><br>C\u2019est plus d\u2019une semaine apr\u00e8s l\u2019effondrement d\u2019une partie du pont jet\u00e9 sur la Rivi\u00e8re Musimbiri, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e Kilabu, une rivi\u00e8re qui s\u00e9pare \u00e9galement le quartier Mabungo au reste des quartiers de Kiwanja. <br><br>Ce pont install\u00e9 au rond-point Kiwanja a c\u00e9d\u00e9 sur sa partie gauche (celle qui prend la direction d\u2019Ishasha) suite aux fortes pluies qui s\u2019abattent du jour le jour dans la zone.<br><br>\u00ab\u00a0<em><strong>Ce pont est vraiment en risque, la partie qui s\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e9croul\u00e9e pr\u00e9sentait d\u00e9j\u00e0 des fissures avant que la pluie ne l\u2019emporte depuis plus d\u2019une semaine maintenant. Pour \u00e9pargner la partie qui reste, il a fallu que le pont soit vite r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 si non, avec la pluie qui continue \u00e0 s&#8217;abattre ces jours, il risque de tout c\u00e9d\u00e9<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00bb alerte un taximan moto usager du tron\u00e7on Kiwanja-Ishasha. <br><br>La situation s\u00e9curitaire actuelle dans le territoire de Rutshuru freine la poursuite des travaux de r\u00e9habilitation du tron\u00e7on routier Kiwanja-ishasha.
