Thiery Amisi de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile du groupement de Bambo en Territoire de Rutshuru s\u2019insurge contre une taxe impos\u00e9e aux paysans par les \u00e9l\u00e9ments FDLR dans la localit\u00e9 de Bugena, nous avons appris ce  vendredi de cet acteur de cette structure citoyenne joint t\u00e9l\u00e9phone par une radio locale.<br \/>\nCette taxe fix\u00e9e \u00e0 30$ us par paysan, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9, demeure ill\u00e9gale et bloque certains agriculteurs d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 leurs champs de peur de subir des ch\u00e2timents de ces forces n\u00e9gatives, et pourtant ces champs restent leur seule activit\u00e9 de subsistance.<br \/>\nCe qui, a-t-il dit, les expose a une vie difficile n\u2019\u00e9tant plus \u00e0 mesur\u00e9 de subvenir aux besoins de leurs familles respectives. Au-del\u00e0 de \u00e7a, a-t-il poursuivi, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments FDLR, leurs exigent de leur fabriquer du vin de banane \u00e0 partir de leurs propres produit champ\u00eatres qu\u2019ils consomment sans ne fut qu\u2019un geste \u00e0 contrepartie.<br \/>\nCette situation d\u00e9solante, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9, suscite une intervention urgente des autorit\u00e9s pour permettre \u00e0 ces pauvres compatriotes qui subissent ces atrocit\u00e9s des \u00e9trangers dans leur propre pays, de vivre normalement tel que le stipule notre constitution.<br \/>\nC\u2019est en ce sens qu\u2019il a exhort\u00e9 la communaut\u00e9 nationale, surtout internationale dont la part pour l\u2019accueil de ces peuples hutus en RDC, a \u00e9t\u00e9 grande, puisse fortement se mobiliser pour le retour effectif \u00e0 leur pays d\u2019origine le Rwanda, et laisser le congolais vivre en paix.<br \/>\n<strong>R\u00c9DACTION<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M.
