Les victimes sont une femme et ses 2 deux enfants d\u2019une m\u00eame famille.<br> <br>L\u2019incident s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 aux environs de 23 heures jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 2 heures du matin. Les jeunes se sont mobilis\u00e9s pour enlever le corps de ces victimes dans le d\u00e9combre mais c&#8217;\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 trop tard, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 la cheffe d\u2019avenue Rukumbuka Ciragashane Shengezi.<br><br>Pour sa part, Hypocrate Marume pr\u00e9sident de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile noyau de Kadutu, d\u00e9nonce une fois de plus la complicit\u00e9 des services d\u2019Urbanisme, Habitat et cadastre dans l\u2019octroi des titres parcellaires et l\u2019autorisation de b\u00e2tir sans aucune \u00e9tude ou descente pr\u00e9alable.<br><br>Notons que les corps de ces victimes sont \u00e0 la morgue de l\u2019h\u00f4pital g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence Bukavu.
