Les sauterelles sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 visibles au march\u00e9 central et dans plusieurs rues et avenues de la ville de Butembo depuis ce jeudi 27 octobre 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendues le plus souvent au milieu du mois de Novembre de l’ann\u00e9e, ces insectes riches en prot\u00e9ines apparaissent t\u00f4t pour cette saison de l’ann\u00e9e 2022. Une quantit\u00e9 encore minime est vendue sur les art\u00e8res de Butembo, les consommateurs afluent chez les vendeuses pour se ravitailler en sauterelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les vendeuses rencontr\u00e9es disent avoir achet\u00e9 en gros aupr\u00e8s des pi\u00e9geurs se trouvant dans certains quartiers de la ville et dans d’autres agglom\u00e9rations environnantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abNous sommes en train de vendre des sauterelles, ici sur le croisement de l’avenue de l’Eglise et la rue pr\u00e9sidentielle. Nous nous sommes ravitailler dans les quartiers Vutsundo, Irangya et Mahamba voire \u00e0 Kalunguta sur la route Butembo-Beni\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 Kyakimwa Zawadi, vendeuses des sauterelles interview\u00e9e par Lesvolcansnews.net<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle a d\u00e9plor\u00e9e \u00e0 cette occasion la paralysie des activit\u00e9s Socio-\u00e9conomiques en ville de Butembo qui impacte n\u00e9gativement sur leur commerce. Pour elle, leur marchandise est vite expos\u00e9e \u00e0 la pourriture si elle n’est pas \u00e9vacu\u00e9e. Elle invite toute la population Bubolaise \u00e0 se procurer des sauterelles, un aliment n\u00e9cessaire pour la sant\u00e9 humaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons qu’une m\u00e9surette des sauterelles se vend entre Quatre mille et cinq mille Francs Congolais. Ce prix varie selon la quantit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de ces insectes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s par la majorit\u00e9 de la population de Butembo. Des pi\u00e9geurs veuillent autour des lampes projecteurs qui attirent les sauterelles suite aux rayons de leurs lumi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
