Les hypoth\u00e8ses d\u00e9cisionnelles sont contenues dans une communication des UPDF rendue public mercredi 31 ao\u00fbt 2022. L’arm\u00e9e ougandaise annonce la mise \u00e0 la retraite de deux cent soixante officiers sup\u00e9rieurs des Forces de d\u00e9fense du peuple ougandais (UPDF), apr\u00e8s plus de trente ans de service \u00e0 la nation et \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite a eu lieu ce m\u00eame mercredi au quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des forces terrestres \u00e0 Bombo, dans le district de Luwero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il faut retenir que, ces officiers \u00e0 la retraite entre autres ; 62 ont le grade de colonel, 65 lieutenant-colonels et 133 majors. Il s’agit notamment du douzi\u00e8me lot pour l’exercice 2022 – 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant qu’il officiait \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, le commandant des forces terrestres de l’UPDF (CLF), le lieutenant-g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Muhoozi Keinerugaba, au nom du pr\u00e9sident et commandant en chef de l’UPDF, S.E. le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, a remerci\u00e9 les officiers sup\u00e9rieurs sortants pour l’excellent travail accompli dans la pr\u00e9servation de la paix et stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois dans le pays et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 les retrait\u00e9s d’\u00eatre arriv\u00e9s au bout, affirmant que leur parcours a \u00e9t\u00e9 long et remarquable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
