Cette d\u00e9cision de l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 urbaine est contenue dans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel, rendu public tard dans la soir\u00e9e du mercredi 24 ao\u00fbt dernier.<br><br>T\u00f4t le matin de ce jeudi, l&#8217;amplification d&#8217;un dispositif s\u00e9curitaire s&#8217;observe dans les coins strat\u00e9giques de cette ville volcano-touristique de la partie orientale de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo.
