Mme\nAnnie Pengele, coordonnatrice de R\u00e9veil des Femmes pour le D\u00e9veloppement\nInt\u00e9gr\u00e9, RFEDI en signe, a organis\u00e9 en partenariat avec l\u2019USAID ce mercredi au\nstade de l\u2019ISC de Goma, une journ\u00e9e porte ouverte sur la construction de\nleadership transformationnel des femmes et autres groupes marginalis\u00e9s pour\nleur inclusion dans le processus de paix au Nord-Kivu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon\nMme Pengele, cette activit\u00e9 s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du projet \u00ab solutions\npour la paix\/Amani kwa Maendeleo \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout\nau long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018, son organisation a accompagn\u00e9 les clubs des mentorats\ndans onze (11) quartiers de la ville de Goma, soit au total 220 personnes qui\nont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de cette approche en raison de 20 membres  par club. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette\napproche mentorat, consiste  \u00e0 aider, \u00e0\ncr\u00e9er et \u00e0 susciter  le leadership au sein des femmes et personnes\nmarginalis\u00e9s qui subissent des formations sur plusieurs th\u00e8mes afin de devenir\ndans l\u2019avenir des leaders dans la communaut\u00e9, a-t-elle conclu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signalons\nque, l\u2019activit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e par des sketchs, chants et t\u00e9moignages sur les\nbienfaits de l\u2019approche mentorat pour les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires notamment, les femmes\net autres groupes marginalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
