Le r\u00e9seau de plaidoyer et de protection ( RPP\/ Minova) et la conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de Kalehe ont organis\u00e9 ce mercredi 3 ao\u00fbt, une s\u00e9ance de sensibilisation portant essentiellement sur la cohabitation pacifique avec les habitants de Vahe, un sous-village de Mulala dans le groupement de Buzi en territoire de Kalehe au Sud-Kivu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D’apr\u00e8s James Musanganya, pr\u00e9sident territorial de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de Kalehe\u00a0qui a livr\u00e9 la nouvelle, cette rencontre a servi de cadre d’\u00e9changes entre la population et les autorit\u00e9s locales en vue de baliser le chemin \u00e0 une paix durable dans cette partie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab La r\u00e9union a connue la participation des autorit\u00e9s locales, notamment le chef du village, forces navales et lacustres, nous avons montr\u00e9 \u00e0 la population qu’il faudra \u00e9viter les actes de violence, violences sexuelles et tout genre. Egalement nous avons montr\u00e9 \u00e0 cette population les m\u00e9faits d’appartenir \u00e0 des groupes arm\u00e9s (milices) comme nous sommes dans la zone \u00e0 risque surtout dans cette p\u00e9riode d’invasion de certains pays voisins \u00bb a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Profitant de la pr\u00e9sence de ces autorit\u00e9s dans leur village, les habitants de Vahe ont d\u00e9nonc\u00e9s le comportement de certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments des forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui par leur tracasseries sont aussi source de l’ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la zone. Des mesures palliatives pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 promises par les autorit\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
