Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 national Jean Marc Kabund a \u00e9t\u00e9 auditionn\u00e9, jeudi, par le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation, au si\u00e8ge de cette juridiction sur le boulevard du 30 juin, dans la commune de la Gombe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est reproch\u00e9 au d\u00e9put\u00e9 national \u00e9lu de Mont-Amba dans la ville de Kinshasa, l\u2019outrage au Chef de l\u2019Etat, lors de son point de presse du 18 juillet dernier, et des propos injurieux de nature \u00e0 alarmer la population et \u00e0 porter atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019honneur d\u00fb aux institutions publiques ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s quatre heures d\u2019audition, le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation a renvoy\u00e9 la prochaine audience au 2 ao\u00fbt 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
