Une fille \u00e2g\u00e9e de 15 ans est morte lundi 4 juillet, par balle perdue tir\u00e9e par un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la police nationale congolaise au march\u00e9 Ndoromo, dans la commune Mbunya \u00e0 l’extr\u00eame ouest du centre vill<\/em><\/strong>e de Bunia.<\/p>\n\n\n\nD’apr\u00e8s le t\u00e9moignage recueilli sur le lieu de drame, la balle perdue a travers\u00e9 de part et d’autre de la poitrine au dos de la victime avant que celle-ci rende l’\u00e2me \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 urgemment d\u00e9p\u00each\u00e9e pour des soins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contact\u00e9, le commandant urbain de la police qui confirme la mort de cette fillette, annonce n\u00e9anmoins l’arrestation du bourreau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
” Le policier \u00e9tait dans un \u00e9tat d’ivresse. C’est par imprudence du policier selon les dires des t\u00e9moins vendeurs au march\u00e9. Le fait n’\u00e9tait pas intentionnel. Une balle perdue tir\u00e9e par le policier a atteint une fille qui a succomb\u00e9 de ses blessures \u00e0 l’h\u00f4pital. Le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 criminel est aux arr\u00eats pour d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9ment \u00e0 l’auditorat militaire<\/em>” \u00e9crit cet officier policier.<\/p>\n\n\n\nD’apr\u00e8s le lieutenant colonel Abeli Mwangu G\u00e9rard, tout serait parti d’un conflit conjugal entre ce policier et sa femme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
