Le peuple des \u00c9tats-Unis se joint \u00e0 moi pour vous f\u00e9liciter, ainsi que les citoyens de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), alors que vous c\u00e9l\u00e9brez le 62e anniversaire de votre ind\u00e9pendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cette occasion, permettez- moi de r\u00e9affirmer notre engagement envers le partenariat privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 entre les \u00c9tats-Unis et la RDC pour la paix, la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019environnement, qui refl\u00e8te nos valeurs communes et nos int\u00e9r\u00eats partag\u00e9s dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la vie de nos citoyens. Comme vous et moi en avons discut\u00e9 \u00e0 Glasgow lors du sommet de la COP26, la pr\u00e9servation de la for\u00eat tropicale du bassin du Congo est vitale pour l\u2019humanit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les \u00c9tats-Unis sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s, \u00e0 poursuivre notre partenariat pour faire avancer les efforts visant \u00e0 promouvoir la paix, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et les droits de l\u2019homme en RDC et sur tout le continent et faire face \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie mondiale du COVID 19 et \u00e0 la crise climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
