Lors de l\u2019audience publique du jeudi 2 juin tard dans la soir\u00e9e, la Cour d&#8217;appel a pris son affaire en d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les avocats de Kamerhe ont plaid\u00e9, en l&#8217;absence du pr\u00e9venu, pour sa lib\u00e9ration \u00ab&nbsp;pure et simple&nbsp;\u00bb, alors que le minist\u00e8re public et la partie civile ont demand\u00e9 aux juges la reconduction de la premi\u00e8re d\u00e9cision l&#8217;ayant condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 13 ans de prison pour d\u00e9tournement pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 des fonds allou\u00e9s au programme pr\u00e9sidentiel d&#8217;urgence de 100 jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Cour de cassation avait annul\u00e9, pour vice de proc\u00e9dure, l&#8217;arr\u00eat de la cour d&#8217;appel avec renvoi du pr\u00e9venu devant la m\u00eame Cour autrement compos\u00e9e. Et c&#8217;est ce qui vient d&#8217;\u00eatre fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vital Kamerhe avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 par le tribunal de grande instance Kinshasa\/Gombe le 20 juin 2020 \u00e0 vingt ans des travaux forc\u00e9s pour d\u00e9tournement des fonds publics, destin\u00e9s au programme de cent jours du pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tribunal avait dit \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tabli\u00a0en fait et en droit l\u2019infraction de d\u00e9tournement des deniers publics portant sur le montant de 48 831 148 $USD \u00e0 charge des pr\u00e9venus Samih Jammal et Kamerhe Lwa Kanyingini Vital\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les volcans news et radio Okapi<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019ancien directeur de cabinet du Chef de l\u2019Etat, Vital Kamerhe connaitre son sort jeudi 16 juin prochain.
