L\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale et le S\u00e9nat congolais sont convoqu\u00e9s en Congr\u00e8s, vendredi 27 mai 2022, pour d\u00e9signer un nouveau juge constitutionnel, annonce un communiqu\u00e9 du S\u00e9nat parvenu \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction de lesvolcansnews.net, sign\u00e9 par son rapporteure adjointe, la s\u00e9natrice Nathalie Bul an Sung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Initialement pr\u00e9vu lundi dernier dans la salle des congr\u00e8s du Palais du peuple, cette s\u00e9ance sera consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9signation d\u2019un troisi\u00e8me juge, sur les trois devant provenir du Parlement, pour la Cour constitutionnelle, en remplacement du juge Polycarpe Mongulu T\u2019apangane, ancien s\u00e9nateur, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 en avril dernier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Vendredi, \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re \u00e0 huis clos, dans une r\u00e9solution transmise au bureau de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, le S\u00e9nat avait d\u00e9sign\u00e9 le s\u00e9nateur Louis Mbonga Magalu, \u00e9lu de Lisala, dans la province de la Mongala, dans l\u2019ex- \u00c9quateur, Centre -Ouest de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Selon le nouveau r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur du congr\u00e8s, \u00e0 chaque renouvellement de la Cour constitutionnelle, le congr\u00e8s cr\u00e9e une commission charg\u00e9e de recevoir les candidatures, de les examiner au regard des crit\u00e8res l\u00e9gaux, d\u2019auditionner les candidats et de faire des propositions motiv\u00e9es \u00e0 la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Les deux juges qui si\u00e8gent pr\u00e9sentement \u00e0 la Haute cour sont issus de la chambre Basse.Ce congr\u00e8s se tient \u00e0 la demande du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique F\u00e9lix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
