Un p\u00e8re de famille qui voulait enlever son propre fils a \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9hend\u00e9 mardi 17 mai 2022 par la police nationale congolaise \u00e0 Sake, dans le groupement Kamuronza en territoire de Masisi au Nord-Kivu.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00c0 en croire les t\u00e9moignages de la personne incrimin\u00e9e, l’enfant kidnap\u00e9 devait \u00eatre ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 Bukavu au Sud-Kivu aupr\u00e8s de certaines personnes d’une mafia sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans cette pratique et recevoir une somme importante d’argent en retour.<\/p>\n\n\n\nVictime<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Cet habitant du quartier Mosqu\u00e9e, \u00e0 Sake, du nom de Mashariki Byangachaka, affirme avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 par le commandant de la PNC\/Sake, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 alert\u00e9 par un habitant qui a \u00e9cout\u00e9 la conversation t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique de cet homme avec la personne qui devait l’orienter \u00e0 Bukavu pour conclure leur op\u00e9ration macabre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Au micro de Lesvolcanews.net, celui-ci fait savoir que c’est suite au manque de travail et aux conditions de vie difficiles travers\u00e9es qu’il a accept\u00e9 cette id\u00e9e venue d’un monsieur originaire de Bukavu surnomm\u00e9 “Munganga” qui consistait \u00e0 kidnapper son enfant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab Un monsieur s’est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 de ma vie mis\u00e9rable et m’as fait savoir qu’\u00e0 Bukavu il y a des gens qui ach\u00e8tent les enfants et donnent une forte somme d’argent en contrepartie, au vu des difficult\u00e9s que je traversent j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tent\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 moi, on devait partir mardi 17 mai t\u00f4t le matin. Pendant que mon enfant et moi \u00e9tions en attente de la personne qui devait nous guider j’ai vu le colonel Kakoma Dieudonn\u00e9 de la PNC\/Sake qui \u00e9tait en civil venir m’arr\u00eater et l\u00e0 j’ai vite compris que l’op\u00e9ration venait d’\u00e9chouer \u00bb nous confie-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Je ne connais pas o\u00f9 on allait \u00e0 Bukavu, non plus la personne qui devait nous orienter, je ma\u00eetrise seulement son surnom et sa figure. En outre, j’ignore ce qui pouvait arriver \u00e0 mon enfant, si c’est le tuer ou le vendre, je n’avais aucune id\u00e9e. Mais, je dois vous dire que depuis que j’ai mit au monde mes 11 enfants, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la mort de leur m\u00e8re, je n’ai jamais vol\u00e9, \u00e0 part ces d\u00e9mons qui m’ont mis dans cette situation \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
L’enfant victime Marcellin Mashariki, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 12 ans, se retrouve actuellement entre les mains de la famille de son p\u00e8re pendant que ce dernier demeure au cachot en attendant son transfert aux instances judiciaires \u00e0 Goma. La police nationale CIAT de Sake assure poursuivre avec les enqu\u00eates pour d\u00e9nicher les personnes qui, de pr\u00e8s ou de loin ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cet enl\u00e8vement rat\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il y a environ deux semaines, un \u00e9l\u00e8ve finaliste d’une \u00e9cole de Sake (Institut Kahanga) a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 par la police apr\u00e8s avoir kidnap\u00e9 l’enfant de son pr\u00e9fet des \u00e9tudes, qu’il avait gard\u00e9 pendant 24h dans une grotte pour demander la ran\u00e7on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les cas de Kidnappings sont l\u00e9gion dans cette partie du territoire de Masisi. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et les mouvements citoyens ne cessent de d\u00e9crier cette situation, demandant l’implication des autorit\u00e9s politico-militaires, des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la population pour y rem\u00e9dier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
