Le Tribunal militaire garnison de Beni a condamn\u00e9 13 militants du mouvement citoyen Lutte pour le Changement (LUCHA), ce vendredi 1er avril 2022. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnus coupable de d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance aux lois de la R\u00e9publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans du jugement, le juge a motiv\u00e9 que les faits infractionels sont \u00e9tablis en droit et cela conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c Pour ces raisons,vue la constitution de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo \u00e0 ses articles pertinents,vue le code judiciaire militaire,vue le code militaire \u00e0 ses articles 5 et 6 vue le code p\u00e9nal ordinaire \u00e0 ses articles 23 et 135 bis livre||. A la question de savoir si les pr\u00e9venus sont passibles \u00e0 une sanction p\u00e9nale,le tribunal militaire r\u00e9pond par ou\u00ef, pour ces raisons,les condamne tous, \u00e0 12 mois de servitude p\u00e9nale principal,le condamne en outre au paiement des frais d’instances \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 250.000 FC payable dans les 8 jours francs<\/em>,\u201da pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le tribunal dans sa d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En r\u00e9action, le mouvement citoyen LUCHA parle d’une d\u00e9cision de la justice qui viole “l’\u00c9tat de droit” qu’ a toujours pr\u00f4n\u00e9 le chef de l’\u00c9tat congolais et annonce qu’il pourra “interjeter” appel pour violation de la loi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour rappel, ces militants du mouvement pro-d\u00e9mocratie LUCHA sont aux arr\u00eats dans la r\u00e9gion de Beni (Nord-Kivu) depuis le 11 novembre 2021. Ils \u00e9taient appr\u00e9hend\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019ils manifestaient contre le maintien de l\u2019\u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge dans les provinces du Nord-Kivu et de l\u2019Ituri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
