{"id":27399,"date":"2022-03-18T05:22:17","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T05:22:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=27399"},"modified":"2022-03-18T05:22:59","modified_gmt":"2022-03-18T05:22:59","slug":"goma-lenfant-jowase-kidnappe-a-ndosho-retrouve-a-masisi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=27399","title":{"rendered":"Goma: l&#8217;enfant Jowase kidnapp\u00e9 \u00e0 Ndosho, retrouv\u00e9 \u00e0 Masisi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>L&#8217;enfant Jowase\u00a0 kidnapp\u00e9 le lundi 14mars dernier au quartier Ndosho dans la commune de karisimbi en ville de Goma, a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9 ce jeudi 17 mars 2022\u00a0\u00e0 Rubaya, en terri<\/em><\/strong><strong>toire de Masisi au Nord-Kivu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claude Rugo , Pr\u00e9sident du conseil communal des jeunes de Karisimbi en ville de Goma qui a livr\u00e9 l\u2019information, indique que l\u2019enfant a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9 dans cette entit\u00e9 dans la soir\u00e9e sans donner des d\u00e9tails sur son etat de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre source pr\u00e9cise que l&#8217;enfant Jowase \u00e9tait pris\u00a0en otage par un pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 voisin de sa famille en ville de Goma et ce dernier exigait une ran\u00e7on avant tout lib\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>C&#8217;est leur voisin qui l&#8217;avait kidnapp\u00e9 et celui-ci demandait 3000 dollars am\u00e9ricains avant la lib\u00e9ration de cet e<\/em>nfant&#8221;, a \u00e9crit Claude Rugo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jeunesse de karisimbi dit avoir constat\u00e9 l&#8217;implication des autorit\u00e9s et des services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la recherche de cet enfant.
