Apr\u00e8s la condamnation \u00e0 la peine maximum de l’infraction retenue \u00e0 la charge du Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Adjoint du Parti du Peuple pour la Reconstruction et la D\u00e9mocratie (PPRD) Ferdinand Kambere Kanumbi, les r\u00e9actions dans l’espace oriental de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo apparaissent soudainement dans les \u00e9tats-majors politiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le premier \u00e0 s’exprimer publiquement c’est l’un des d\u00e9put\u00e9s provinciaux de sa province qui a r\u00e9agi en ces mots : “La condamnation de l’honorable Ferdinand Kambere Kalumbi est une perte pour la communaut\u00e9 du Grand Nord-Kivu en particulier et le Nord-Kivu en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Son positionnement dans la classe politique congolaise \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 un pas pour toute la communaut\u00e9. On a besoin des fils du Nord-Kivu dans tous les camps politiques, opposition, majorit\u00e9, centriste\u2026 C’est le Nord-Kivu qui perd dans cette condamnation. Je vous exhorte \u00e0 \u00eatre fort cher grand fr\u00e8re et confr\u00e8re ma\u00eetre Ferdinand Kambere Kalumbi<\/em> “, a r\u00e9agi le d\u00e9put\u00e9 provincial du Nord-Kivu Sa\u00efdi Balikwisha Emil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour rappel, dans une d\u00e9cision du Tribunal de Grande Instance de Kinshasa\/Gombe rendue publique le jeudi 17 mars 2022, le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Kinshasa\/Gombe a condamn\u00e9 Ferdinand Kambere \u00e0 6 mois de servitude p\u00e9nale pour coups et blessures volontaires simples contre un coll\u00e8gue de son parti Ardent Kabambi et au paiement d\u2019une amende de 5.000.000.000 FC et au payement des dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats de 1.000.000 USD comme souhait\u00e9 par la partie civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toutefois, cette instance judiciaire a rejet\u00e9 l’infraction de tentative de meurtre. Signalons que, le minist\u00e8re public avait requis la peine capitale contre ce cadre du parti politique cher au s\u00e9nateur \u00e0 vie Joseph Kabila Kabange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
