Les enseignants en territoire de Rutshuru s’indignent des billets d\u00e9chiquet\u00e9s qu’ils ont per\u00e7us pour paie du mois de F\u00e9vrier 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaac Mwanashaba secr\u00e9taire permanent de SYECO\/RUTSHURU indique que l’ONG Caritas ramasse des mauvais billets pour enfin les servir aux enseignants. Selon lui c’est un signe de sabotage et demande au gouvernement Congolais de s’y impliquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a toutefois pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu’un enseignant avec son salaire en mains a retrouv\u00e9 les billets d\u00e9chiquet\u00e9s non r\u00e9parables et inacceptables au march\u00e9 d’une valeur de 50.000fc. Maintenant il est dans l’embarras. Il se pose mille et une questions de savoir \u00e0 qui demander cet argent pour la restitution. Isaac Mwanashaba envisage des actions de grande envergure si CARITAS ne r\u00e8gle pas ce diff\u00e9rend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
