L’Universit\u00e9 Protestante de Lubumbashi \u00e9tablissement priv\u00e9 au chef-lieu de la province du Haut-Katang, a dans un communiqu\u00e9 sign\u00e9 ce \u00a0mardi 22 f\u00e9vrier 2022, interdit aux \u00e9tudiants de cette \u00e9tablissement de s’habiller de mani\u00e8re “extravagante et ind\u00e9cente” au sien de l\u2019institution.<\/p>\n

“L’UPL est une universit\u00e9 Chr\u00e9tienne et tient \u00e0 la moralit\u00e9 de ses \u00e9tudiants et aux bonnes m\u0153urs. D\u00e9sormais, les \u00e9tudiants mal habill\u00e9s au nom de la mode seront renvoy\u00e9s de l’Universit\u00e9. Nous sensibilisons les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 plus de responsabilit\u00e9 dans la jouissance de leur libert\u00e9<\/em>“, indique ce communiqu\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par le r\u00e9v\u00e9rend\u00a0Pele Omalanga secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral administratif de L\u2019UPL.<\/p>\n

En janvier 2020, l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Kisangani avait exig\u00e9 aux filles de porter les juges et robes qui d\u00e9passent les genoux. De m\u00eame, les gar\u00e7ons avaient aussi appel\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019habiller d\u00e9cemment sans pantalon trou\u00e9.<\/p>\n
