Par ailleurs, l\u2019administration du pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain s\u2019inqui\u00e8te des&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;violations flagrantes des droits humains internationalement reconnus, perp\u00e9tr\u00e9es par le gouvernement \u00e9thiopien et d\u2019autres parties dans le conflit qui s\u2019\u00e9tend dans le nord de l\u2019\u00c9thiopie&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;est-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Chaque pays a des rep\u00e8res clairs pour une voie vers la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration et l\u2019administration travaillera avec leurs gouvernements pour atteindre cet objectif&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, assure l\u2019USTR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de l\u2019accord Agoa en effet, des milliers de produits africains peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de r\u00e9ductions de taxes \u00e0 l\u2019importation, sous r\u00e9serve de conditions remplies concernant les droits de l\u2019Homme, la bonne gouvernance et la protection des travailleurs mais aussi de n\u2019appliquer aucune interdiction douani\u00e8re pour les produits am\u00e9ricains sur leur territoire.&nbsp; En 2020, 38 pays \u00e9taient \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 l\u2019Agoa, selon le site internet de l\u2019USTR.
