{"id":24676,"date":"2021-11-22T16:51:53","date_gmt":"2021-11-22T16:51:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=24676"},"modified":"2021-11-22T16:52:41","modified_gmt":"2021-11-22T16:52:41","slug":"kalehe-une-autre-pirogue-chavire-sur-le-lac-kivu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=24676","title":{"rendered":"Kalehe : Une autre pirogue chavire sur le lac Kivu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Une autre pirogue a chavir\u00e9 ce lundi matin 22 novembre 2021 vers 5h5&#8242; \u00e0 Nyamasasa, dans le&nbsp; village de Bubale&nbsp; premier, groupement de Mbinga-Nord, territoire de kalehe (SUD-KIVU), indiquent les sources de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pirogue,a dit Delphin BIRIMBI, du Cadre de Concertation Territorial de la Soir\u00e9e Civile de Kalehe, quittait Kalehe pour Goma avec 650 bidons d&#8217;eau avant de faire naufrage \u00e0 la suite d&#8217;une forte vague sur les eaux du lac Kivu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les bidons d&#8217;eau, a poursuivi la source, ont&nbsp;disparu mais aucune perte des vies humaines.&nbsp;s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile interpelle une fois le gouvernement congolais \u00e0 bien r\u00e9glementer la navigation sur le lac Kivu.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; depuis 2019, plusieurs civils \u00e0 la qu\u00eate du pain quotidien ont perdu leurs vies car voyageant massivement dans des embarcations de fortune lourdement surcharg\u00e9es au risque et p\u00e9ril de leur vie. Suite \u00e0 cette situation, le chef de l&#8217;\u00c9tat Congolais F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi avait promis la construction de 4 ports modernes quant \u00e0 ce, et selon l&#8217;administrateur de Kalehe le premier de ce 4 ports sera op\u00e9rationnel d&#8217;ici fin novembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2019, plusieurs civils \u00e0 la qu\u00eate du pain quotidien ont perdu leurs vies car voyageant massivement dans des embarcations de fortune lourdement surcharg\u00e9es au risque et p\u00e9ril de leur vie.
