Emmanuel Binyenye membre de ce mouvement citoyen, a d\u00e9plor\u00e9 le fait que la jeunesse de la province du Nord-Kivu surtout celle de la ville de Goma se donne \u00e0 la consommation abusive de cette boisson avec comme cons\u00e9quence, l&#8217;oisivet\u00e9 de cette jeunesse.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2459 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_98361362832076.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_98361362832076.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_98361362832076-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_98361362832076-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La LUCHA est indign\u00e9e et d\u00e9\u00e7ue de voir que le gouvernement qui est cens\u00e9 encadrer la jeunesse, la laiss\u00e9e expos\u00e9e \u00e0 ce danger de la consommation des boissons appel\u00e9es commun\u00e9ment &#8220;sapilo&#8221; pour qu&#8217;elle ne r\u00e9fl\u00e9chisse pas \u00e0 son avenir. Nous observons am\u00e8rement que les jeunes par manque d&#8217;occupation, donnent d&#8217;importance \u00e0 cette substance qui alt\u00e8re sa sant\u00e9 mentale provoquant un comportement parfois hors des normes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2460 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_98241251454085.jpg\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_98241251454085.jpg 3000w, https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_98241251454085-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_98241251454085-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/img_98241251454085-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 3000px) 100vw, 3000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Par manque d&#8217;une bonne politique a-t-il dit, les pays voisins comme Uganda et Kenya, ont pris la RDC comme d\u00e9potoir en y d\u00e9versant ses boissons dites de la mort, et pourtant elles ne sont pas consomm\u00e9es chez eux.<br \/>\nCertains officiels militaires sont cit\u00e9s \u00e9galement par la LUCHA comme facilitateurs dans les d\u00e9marches pour l&#8217;entr\u00e9e de cette boisson sur le sol congolais.
