Ce restaurant du centre-ville de Goma n&#8217;est qu&#8217;une branche de JikoFood Sarl qui assure \u00e9galement le transport, l&#8217;import et l&#8217;export en dehors de la transformation des produits alimentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui est triste, c&#8217;est que JikoFood est \u00e9touff\u00e9 par des taxes \u00e0 l&#8217;instar d&#8217;autres entreprises des jeunes entrepreneurs congolais, laisse entendre Juvin Kombi. Il interpelle les autorit\u00e9s qui asphyxient  l&#8217;initiative priv\u00e9e. &#8221; <em>Si l&#8217;\u00c9tat ne comprends pas cel\u00e0 et que dans sa politique il n&#8217;ins\u00e8re pas des exon\u00e9rations pour les nouveaux entrepreneurs, alors \u00e7a restera un danger<\/em>&#8220;, dit-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est un probl\u00e8me qui touche tous les jeunes entrepreneurs malgr\u00e9 leur apport pour r\u00e9sorber le ch\u00f4mage, fait-il observer.
