Cette mesure est contenue dans une note circulaire sign\u00e9e le 25 octobre 2021 par le ministre Nation de l’enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et universitaire “ESU”, Muhindo Nzangi Butondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D’apr\u00e8s le contenu de cette note, la tutelle peut s’arr\u00eater aussit\u00f4t que l’universit\u00e9 fonctionnant sous tutelle remplit tous les crit\u00e8res de viabilit\u00e9 recommand\u00e9s par ce minist\u00e8re et aura d’office son autorisation d’ouvrir cette fili\u00e8re dans son institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
