Plusieurs publics ont pris part \u00e0 ces diffusions parmi lesquels les autorit\u00e9s politico-administratives, les repr\u00e9sentants des forces vives, les jeunes, et les porteurs d\u2019armes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A toute la cible, le CICR a parl\u00e9 de son mandat, ses activit\u00e9s, ainsi que des principales r\u00e8gles du Droit International Humanitaire, DIH. Ces r\u00e8gles supposent la protection des civiles et des combattants bless\u00e9s durant la p\u00e9riode des conflits arm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elles impliquent \u00e9galement la distinction entre les biens civils et les objectifs militaires durant les hostilit\u00e9s.
