Le Ministre des affaires sociales, actions humanitaires et solidarit\u00e9 nationale de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo Modeste Mutinga, est arriv\u00e9 en ville cosmopolite de Beni l’avant-midi de ce mercredi 18 ao\u00fbt 2021 via l’a\u00e9roport de la Monusco localis\u00e9 \u00e0 Mavivi.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans une br\u00e8ve adresse \u00e0 la presse r\u00e9gionale, Modeste Mutinga a indiqu\u00e9 que, sa pr\u00e9sence dans cette zone en proie \u00e0 l’escalade de l’ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 se justifie prioritairement par l’option d’apporter une aide humanitaire consid\u00e9rable aux familles frapp\u00e9es par une vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s extr\u00eame, en situation de d\u00e9placement et actuellement cantonn\u00e9es dans certaines agglom\u00e9rations jug\u00e9es s\u00e9curis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par la m\u00eame occasion, le Ministre Modeste Mutinga a annonc\u00e9 son p\u00e9riple dans le grand Nord-Kivu en attendant l’arriv\u00e9e imminente du premier ministre Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde, en vue d’acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les processus du r\u00e9tablissement de l’int\u00e9grit\u00e9 nationale pendant cette p\u00e9riode exceptionnelle li\u00e9e \u00e0 l’\u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge, mise en application depuis le 6 mai dernier sur instruction du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
