Les Forces Arm\u00e9es de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (FARDC) ont men\u00e9 un bouclage syst\u00e9matique la nuit de mardi \u00e0 mercredi 11 Ao\u00fbt 2021 dans les quartiers Mapendo et Mikeno, en commune de Goma dans ville du m\u00eame nom (Nord-Kivu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon le commandant de la 34e r\u00e9gion militaire le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de brigade Tshinkobo Mukamba Guylain,243 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9es au cours de cette op\u00e9ration de bouclage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi ces personnes figurent une trentaine d’\u00e9trangers dont des Rwandais, Burundais et Ougandais, interpell\u00e9s en s\u00e9jour irr\u00e9gulier apr\u00e8s le signalement du service des renseignements des FARDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 remarqu\u00e9 dans la ville, la pr\u00e9sence de certains \u00e9trangers sont on soup\u00e7onnait leur r\u00e9gularit\u00e9. C’est ainsi que le service des renseignements nous a envoy\u00e9 dans ces quartiers Mapendo et Mikeno, en plein centre-ville de Goma. Nous avons arr\u00eat\u00e9 une trentaine d’\u00e9trangers dont des Rwandais, des Ougandais et un Burundais. C’est une op\u00e9ration parmi les op\u00e9rations qui sont d\u00e9volues \u00e0 l’\u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse locale le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de brigade Tshinkobo Mukamba Guylain, commandant de la 34e r\u00e9gion militaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce jolie coup de filet des FARDC est le deuxi\u00e8me bouclage men\u00e9 \u00e0 l’espace de quelques jours dans la ville de Goma. Une op\u00e9ration qui s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’\u00e9tat de si\u00e8ge en vigueur depuis le 06 mai dernier dans les provinces du Nord-Kivu et de l’Ituri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour le premier bouclage effectu\u00e9 le 17 juillet dernier au quartier Bujovu en commune de Karisimbi, 139 personnes dont 9 \u00e9trangers avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9es. L’arm\u00e9e avait \u00e9galement r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 12 armes du type AK-47.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
