Il s’agit de Madame Sakina NABUNYEYA, \u00e2g\u00e9e de 40 ans, m\u00e8re de 10 enfants et \u00e9pouse de Mr Menyaye MUSHAO, tu\u00e9e par balle par un militaire nomm\u00e9 NIYONSENGA Bosco en provenance de Tushunguti o\u00f9 est bas\u00e9 son unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celui ci a tir\u00e9 \u00e0 bout portant sur la d\u00e9funte chez elle \u00e0 Rambula, dans la localit\u00e9 de Kusisa en groupement de Ziralo dans la chefferie de Buhavu \u00e0 Kalehe au Sud-Kivu samedi 20 mars 2021 vers 9heures locales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 auteur de ce meurtre et ses complices sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 aux arr\u00eats \u00e0 Tushunguti, indique le pr\u00e9sident du Cadre de Concertation Territorial de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile de Kalehe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que c’est une flagrance, le Cadre de Concertation Territorial de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile de Kalehe sollicite l’organisation d’une audience foraine par l’auditorat et\/ou le Tribunal militaire pour non seulement rapprocher les justiciables de la justice, mais \u00e9galement condamner le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 auteur et indamniser la famille de la d\u00e9funte conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi pour la promotion d’un \u00c9tat de droits,” a dit Delphin BIRIMBI, Pr\u00e9sident du CCTSC Kalehe et Coordinateur Principal de l’organisation Ensemble pour la Promotion des Droits Humains “EPDH asbl.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
