{"id":18941,"date":"2021-03-08T13:16:31","date_gmt":"2021-03-08T13:16:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=18941"},"modified":"2021-03-08T13:16:50","modified_gmt":"2021-03-08T13:16:50","slug":"nord-kivu-certains-habitants-de-kitshanga-lynchent-6-presumes-kindappeurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=18941","title":{"rendered":"Nord-Kivu: Certains habitants de Kitshanga lynchent 6 pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s kindappeurs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Six pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s Kidnappeurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s par la population de Kitshanga dimanche 7 mars 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le pr\u00e9sident de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de cette cit\u00e9 de la chefferie des Bashali en territoire de Masisi qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9 par notre confr\u00e8re J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Kabali, ces pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s hors la loi ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9hend\u00e9s et mis au cachot par la police de Kitchanga samedi 6 mars car accus\u00e9s d&#8217;avoir kidnap\u00e9 une fillette de deux ans et demi du nom de Octave, disparue depuis le 24 f\u00e9vrier, laquelle demeure jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent introuvable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est l&#8217;apr\u00e8s midi du dimanche 7 mars, alors que la police tentait de les transf\u00e9rer au cachot du commissariat au nord de la cit\u00e9, que les habitants aux esprits surchauff\u00e9s se sont interpos\u00e9s et ont investi le cachot de Kitchanga o\u00f9 \u00e9taient gard\u00e9s ces pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s Kidnappeurs. Ils les ont alors arrach\u00e9s des mains de la police pour les br\u00fbler vifs, indique Tobirwakyo Kahangu Tobi, Pr\u00e9sident de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de Bashali Mokoto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jusque le matin de ce lundi 8 mars, les corps compl\u00e8tement calcin\u00e9s de ces jeunes victimes, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 20 \u00e0 30 ans, gisaient encore au sol au centre de Kitshanga, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lapid\u00e9s et br\u00fbl\u00e9s vifs par la population,&#8221; rench\u00e9rit la m\u00eame source qui ajoute que peu avant d&#8217;\u00eatre appr\u00e9hend\u00e9s par la police, ces pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s kidnappeurs de l&#8217;enfant Octave commen\u00e7aient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 exiger 10.000$ en \u00e9change de sa lib\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Le matin de dimanche, la population s&#8217;est attroup\u00e9e autour du cachot o\u00f9 \u00e9taient gard\u00e9s ces pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s kidnappeurs. Quand les policiers ont vu cela, ils ont voulus les d\u00e9placer vers un autre cachot et c&#8217;est par l\u00e0 que les habitants se sont jet\u00e9s sur ces kidnappeurs et ces kidnappeurs tous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s par la population.
