Il \u00e9tait accus\u00e9 de vol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce jeune artiste a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 le m\u00eame jour de son arrestation \u00e0 7 ans de prison dans une audience tenue en pr\u00e9sence du maire de la ville et pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal des grandes instances de Goma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mouvement citoyen Raiya Nasimama dit ne pas \u00eatre d&#8217;accord avec cette d\u00e9cision judiciaire. Dans une declaration rendue publique \u00e0 Goma au Nord-Kivu, ce mouvement citoyen estime que le tribunal n&#8217;a pas bien fait son travail car n&#8217;yant pas fait appel aux t\u00e9moins de la victime pour entendre leur version de faits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mouvement citoyen dit regretter de voir que son militant soit condamn\u00e9 en se fiant uniquement aux declarations d&#8217;un vulgaire voleur qui aurait pr\u00e9tendu avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 commandit\u00e9 par ce jeune artiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N&#8217;\u00e9tant pas convaincu de ce verdict et connaissant ce jeune comme \u00e9tant un artiste d\u00e9brouillard honn\u00eate, le mouvement citoyen Raiya Nasimama r\u00e9clame sa lib\u00e9ration.<br \/>Outre ce voeu, ce mouvement qui regroupe plusieurs jeunes artistes, annonce une s\u00e9rie des manifestations citoyennes non violente pour exiger la lib\u00e9ration d&#8217;Alexis Kant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u00efna Bwale Godlive<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alexis KANT, un jeune artiste animateur de la ville de Goma au Nord-Kivu, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 par la police mardi 19 janvier 2021.
