Dans une d\u00e9claration faite ce week-end \u00e0 lesvolcansnews.net, un militant de la LUCHA Kananga s’inqui\u00e8te de l’arrestation de ses pairs \u00e0 B\u00e9ni. Pontien Divin Misenga condamne la position du minist\u00e8re public dans cette affaire<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Nous exigeons la lib\u00e9ration pure et simple de nos amis arr\u00eat\u00e9s injustement et jug\u00e9s devant un tribunal militaire. Le fait de r\u00e9clamer la paix \u00e0 Beni n’est pas une infraction, la justice doit nous \u00e9viter une honte de trop. Il est temps de quitter le sentiment et de cesser de se moquer du peuple victime des massacres, viols et vols \u00e0 Beni,<\/em>” a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Militant Misenga de Kananga \u00e0 notre micro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arr\u00eat\u00e9s le 19 d\u00e9cembre, au cours d\u2019une manifestation demandant le d\u00e9part de la Monusco, les huit militants dudit mouvement citoyen attendent le verdict du tribunal de Beni le mercredi 20 janvier 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signalons par ailleurs que le r\u00e9quisitoire de l\u2019organe de la loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au cours de l\u2019audience tenue vendredi 15 janvier dans la salle de la mairie de Beni, suite \u00e0 la plaidoirie du conseil des pr\u00e9venus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
