Il ressort que cette entit\u00e9 d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e a atteint un taux de r\u00e9alisation de 55% de son budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;\u00e9tait au cours d&#8217;une tribune d&#8217;expression populaire d&#8217;\u00e9valuation tenue dans la salle des conf\u00e9rences du secteur \u00e0 Mutwanga en \u00e9troite collaboration avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le chef de secteur, cette situation est cons\u00e9cutive \u00e0 l&#8217;escalade de l&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion, l&#8217;asphyxie des activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la crise sanitaire, la non activation des certaines taxes ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9cart consid\u00e9rable entre les pr\u00e9visions et les r\u00e9alisations au cours des deux semestres 2020. Ceci est d\u00fb \u00e9galement au retard constat\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9trocession, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vasion fiscale et \u00e0 la faible mobilisation des recettes au niveau local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notons que cette activit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e dans le cadre du projet de renforcement de la recevabilit\u00e9 et de la gestion des finances publiques.
