{"id":14963,"date":"2020-10-07T05:23:15","date_gmt":"2020-10-07T05:23:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/2020\/10\/07\/goma-un-couple-kidnappe-dans-le-quartier-mungunga\/"},"modified":"2020-10-07T07:33:28","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T07:33:28","slug":"goma-un-couple-kidnappe-dans-le-quartier-mungunga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=14963","title":{"rendered":"Goma : Un couple kidnapp\u00e9 dans le quartier Mugunga"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;\u00e9tait ce mardi, 06 Octobre 2020 autour de 18h15 que le drame s&#8217;est produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux hommes qui se sont faits passer pour des clients dans une boutique dans le quartier Mugunga \u00e0 l&#8217;ouest de Goma, chef-lieu du Nord-Kivu se sont volatilis\u00e9s dans la nature avec ce couple propri\u00e9taire de la boutique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ils ont kidnapp\u00e9 au total 3 personnes et bless\u00e9 deux autres par balle. Quand il y avait des tirs, il y a la police qui est venue en aide, ils ont pris fuite. Les faits se sont pass\u00e9s sur avenue 17 janvier. Les personnes kidnapp\u00e9es sont bien identifi\u00e9es mais les bourreaux ne sont pas encore identifi\u00e9s,&#8221; a temoign\u00e9 Christian Kalamo Balume, vice pr\u00e9sident de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile du quartier Mugunga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce dernier deplore la mont\u00e9e en puissance de l&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans cette partie de la commune de Karisimbi. Il condamne ces actes d&#8217;ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 en r\u00e9p\u00e9tition observ\u00e9s depuis plusieurs mois dans son quartier. Il demande \u00e0 la population d&#8217;\u00eatre vigilante car selon lui, l&#8217;ennemi se cache dans la population, avant d&#8217;inviter les habitants \u00e0 collaborer avec kes services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour mettre fun \u00e0 ce calvaire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C&#8217;\u00e9tait ce mardi, 06 Octobre 2020 autour de 18h15 que le drame s&#8217;est produit.
