Il s’agit de Bienvenu CHIBAYE, attrap\u00e9 ce dimanche 20 Septembre 2020 dans la soir\u00e9e \u00e0 Ruhunde, dans la localit\u00e9 de Bubale1, en groupement de Mbinga-Nord dans la Chefferie de Buhavu apr\u00e8s avoir vol\u00e9 une ch\u00e8vre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce dernier a \u00e9t\u00e9 tabass\u00e9 par la population en col\u00e8re avant d’\u00eatre br\u00fbl\u00e9 vif dans le centre de Ruhunde m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Cadre de Concertation Territorial de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Civile de Kalehe qui livre cette triste nouvelle, d\u00e9courage cette pratique et demande \u00e0 la population du Territoire, de transferer aupr\u00e8s de la justice, les pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s auteurs une fois attrap\u00e9s en \u00e9vitant les barbaries populaires devenues monnaie courante dans le territoire de Kalehe au Sud-Kivu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
