{"id":13843,"date":"2020-08-23T17:44:34","date_gmt":"2020-08-23T17:44:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/2020\/08\/23\/13843\/"},"modified":"2020-08-23T18:32:36","modified_gmt":"2020-08-23T18:32:36","slug":"13843","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=13843","title":{"rendered":"Lubero : Le drapeau du PALU flotte desormais dans ce territoire"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Parti Lumumbiste Unifi\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 implant\u00e9 dans la commune rurale de Lubero ce dimanche 23 Ao\u00fbt 2020 par le secr\u00e9taire provincial de ce parti KAMBALE Kivanza Nyarukona, accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;une forte d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des militants de ce parti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par l&#8217;ouverture du bureau et hissage du drapeau du PALU par le repr\u00e9sentant de l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 administrative dans le quartier du 30 Juin, cellule du Stade, o\u00f9 flotte desormais ce drapeau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par la suite, il s&#8217;en est suivie une caravane motoris\u00e9e partie du bureau de ce parti jusqu&#8217;au caf\u00e9 &#8211; restau Mon Village o\u00f9 s&#8217;est tenu une conf\u00e9rence d\u00e9bat dans laquelle les participants ont voulu conna\u00eetre le contexte actuel de l&#8217;installation du PALU dans la commune de Lubero et celui de la politique actuelle du pays, surtout celle des accords entre le Front Commun pour le Congo FCC et celui du Cap pour le changement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bureau de la province Lubero 3 du parti PALU, est dirig\u00e9 dans un premier temps par un comit\u00e9 provisoire qui va conduire le parti aux \u00e9lection d&#8217;un cadre dans les jours \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le territoire de Lubero est subdivis\u00e9 en 3 province (federation) du parti PALU dont Lubero 1 qui se trouve dans l&#8217;axe Mangurejipa secteur des Bapere, lubero 2 qui est \u00e0 Kayna qui repr\u00e9sente la chefferie des Bamathe et des Batangi au sud du territoire de Lubero, tandis que Lubero centre et chef lieu du territoire est connu comme Lubero 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secr\u00e9taire provincial KAMBALE Kivanzanga a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la population d&#8217;adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 la vision de Lumumba dans le parti qui incarne ses id\u00e9aux .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Laurent Tsongo TSOKAL<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Parti Lumumbiste Unifi\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 implant\u00e9 dans la commune rurale de Lubero ce dimanche 23 Ao\u00fbt 2020 par le secr\u00e9taire provincial de ce parti KAMBALE Kivanza Nyarukona, accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;une<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":13839,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[27],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13843","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politique"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
