Il s&#8217;en est alors suivi un echange des coups entre les motards qui \u00e9taient sur le lieu et les policiers qui font payer les 200FC aux passants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8221; La barri\u00e8re est \u00e9rig\u00e9e \u00e0 vingt m\u00e8tres du bureau de nouveau chef de groupement pour demander 200FC \u00e0 chaque cycliste, motard et chukudeur qui passe. Dans cette commune rurale, cinq barri\u00e8res gangr\u00e8nent la vie courante de la population notamment la barriere \u00e9rig\u00e9e \u00e0 Kiringo, \u00e0 Burambo, \u00e0 Hehu vers Kazizi, \u00e0 Kingarame vers Mboga et une fant\u00f4me barri\u00e8re \u00e0 la route nationale num\u00e9ro 4 \u00e9rig\u00e9e \u00e0 Mboga pr\u00e8s de l&#8217;\u00e9glise Kalmel.
