{"id":13085,"date":"2020-07-30T22:29:51","date_gmt":"2020-07-30T22:29:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/2020\/07\/30\/kinshasa-lacp-gagne-son-proces-au-tribunal-de-paix-de-kinshasa-ngaliema\/"},"modified":"2020-07-30T22:52:28","modified_gmt":"2020-07-30T22:52:28","slug":"kinshasa-lacp-gagne-son-proces-au-tribunal-de-paix-de-kinshasa-ngaliema","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=13085","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;ACP gagne son proc\u00e8s au tribunal de paix de Kinshasa Ngaliema"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Lambert Kaboyi a annonc\u00e9 ce jeudi 30 juillet \u00e0 ses agents et cadres r\u00e9unis en conseil de r\u00e9daction,  la victoire de son entreprise au proc\u00e8s qui l&#8217;oppose le nomm\u00e9 Panzu Boaz Jean sur la spoliation de son patrimoine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette victoire est contenue dans   le jugement prononc\u00e9 par le tribunal de paix de Kinshasa\/Ngaliema, au premier degr\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re r\u00e9pressive, au cours de son audience publique du 23 juillet 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>A en croire le directeur, le tribunal a  condame Panzu Boaz Jean \u00e0 20 mois de servitude p\u00e9nale principale et 20 mois de servitude principale pour  faux en \u00e9criture.
