Une erreur technique serait \u00e0 l&#8217;origine de l&#8217;accident, selon certaines indiscr\u00e9tions, le site n\u2019\u00e9tait pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 supporter une maison \u00e0 trois \u00e9tages mais aussi la ma\u00e7onnerie n\u2019a pas respect\u00e9 les normes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les causes de l\u2019effondrement ne sont pas encore clairement d\u00e9termin\u00e9es mais certains architectes expliquent que les barres de fer utilis\u00e9es pour la construction de l\u2019immeuble ne seraient pas appropri\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts mat\u00e9riels qui du reste sont \u00e9normes, sont difficilement identifiables pour le moment, au regard de l\u2019ampleur de la destruction inopin\u00e9e de cet immeuble, avec plusieurs appartements, l\u2019acc\u00e8s au site n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 interdit au public curieux venus de tous les coins de la cit\u00e9 frontali\u00e8re de Kasindi au Nord-Kivu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il convient \u00e9galement de signaler que, Plusieurs personnes seraient encore bloqu\u00e9es sous les d\u00e9combres, les services de secours sont sur place o\u00f9 12 bless\u00e9s ont d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 extraits des d\u00e9combres de l\u2019immeuble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PAUL ZAIDI<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un immeuble \u00e0 3 \u00e9tages en plein construction au quartier Majengo \u00e0 Lubiriha en territoire de Beni, s\u2019est effondr\u00e9 totalement peu dans la soir\u00e9e de ce samedi 04 juillet 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":12339,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-12340","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualite"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
