Responsable Territorial de CIPA asbl\/ Walikale ( Conseil interprofessionnel pour la promotion de l’agriculture), une organisation nationale, partenaire du Minist\u00e8re National de l’agriculture, de TRADE MARK Est Africa, du FPI, de l’ONAPAC, de l’ANAPI,\u2026, ce passionn\u00e9 de l’entrepreneuriat est Licenci\u00e9 en Sciences \u00c9conomiques de Gestion et Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d’une entreprise du droit Congolais sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le Commence G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l’engineering, Consulting et strat\u00e9gie et l’agriculture, son cheval de bataille, d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e Esteben SARLU.

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 par l’ind\u00e9pendance professionnelle apr\u00e8s plus de 13 ans dans le monde humanitaire, ce Jeune citadin qui a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de quitter la ville et de revenir dans son milieu d’origine afin de r\u00e9volutionner ses fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs contre la d\u00e9pendance professionnelle, s’est lanc\u00e9 dans la diffusion des nouvelles pratiques d’\u00e9levage ( porc, canard, lapin,\u2026), de l’agriculture industrielle ( caf\u00e9, Cacao, palmier \u00e0 huile,..), des cultures vivri\u00e8res ( banane plantin, tarot, ananas\u2026), des cultures mara\u00eech\u00e8res ( concombre, past\u00e8que, Radis, poivrons, chia\u2026).

Monsieur Enoc Shibary reste convaincu qu’aucun coin de la RDC ne peut se d\u00e9velopper sans l’agriculture et l’\u00e9levage.
Ses activit\u00e9s se d\u00e9roulent sur 17ha dont 3ha des mara\u00eechers et 6 ha des vivriers (banane plantin, taro, ananas et 8ha de ma\u00efs et Soja.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quant \u00e0 l’\u00e9levage, une porcherie d’une capacit\u00e9 d’h\u00e9bergement de 20 truies est construite en vu de mettre \u00e0 la disposition de la population une viande saine de porc et des g\u00e9niteurs pour encourager les paysans \u00e0 s’int\u00e9resser dans l’\u00e9levage de porc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En d\u00e9pit de difficult\u00e9s auxquelles ce r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 contre la d\u00e9pendance Professionnelle fait face, il ya lieu de signaler le co\u00fbt de production \u00e9lev\u00e9, l’acc\u00e8s difficile d’intrants, l’absence et ou la tr\u00e8s mauvaise qualit\u00e9 des infrastructures, l’inaccessibilit\u00e9 au financement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’entreprise Esteben Sarlu reste pourtant convaincu, ferme et d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que malgr\u00e9 les multiples difficult\u00e9s auxquelles son territoire fait face, seuls l’agriculture et l’\u00e9levage restent les piliers pour l’\u00e9mergence de l’\u00e9conomie locale dans son territoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
