{"id":12065,"date":"2020-06-23T18:11:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-23T18:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/2020\/06\/23\/proces-100jours-voici-le-sort-que-le-tribunal-a-reserve-a-modeste-wenga-et-bamaros\/"},"modified":"2020-06-23T18:11:00","modified_gmt":"2020-06-23T18:11:00","slug":"proces-100jours-voici-le-sort-que-le-tribunal-a-reserve-a-modeste-wenga-et-bamaros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesvolcansnews.net\/?p=12065","title":{"rendered":"Proc\u00e8s 100jours: voici le sort que le tribunal a r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 Modeste , Wenga et Bamaros"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision du Tribunal de grande instance de Kinshasa-Gombe qui a condamn\u00e9, le 20 juin dernier, Vital Kamerhe, Samih Jammal et Ndoole Jeannot Muhima pour d\u00e9tournement des derniers publics, la cour d&#8217;appel de Kinshasa donne aussi son verdict ce mardi 23 juin 2020 sur le dossier du programme dit 100 jours au Nord-Kivu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son verdict, le tribunal a condamn\u00e9 l\u2019Ex DG de l\u2019OVD, Me Benjamin Wenga et celui du FONER, Fulgence Bamaros \u00e0 3 ans de travaux forc\u00e9s pour d\u00e9tournement des deniers publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Modeste Makabuza , le patron de SOCOC le tribunal lui condamne 12 mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En soutenant sa decision, le tribunal a affirm\u00e9 que tous les pr\u00e9venus savaient bien que le financement des op\u00e9rations de construction des routes est exclu du champ d\u2019action du FONER.<br>Pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SOCOC, la Cour a expliqu\u00e9 que celle-ci ne disposait pas des provisions suffisantes pour se lancer dans une telle aventure et ne pouvait pas obtenir un march\u00e9 de gr\u00e9 \u00e0 gr\u00e9 d\u2019une valeur de 66 millions USD.
