S’exprimant sur le rapport de la mission d’information effectu\u00e9e en mars 2019 relative \u00e0 la recrudescence de l’ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 au Nord-Kivu devant les d\u00e9put\u00e9s nationaux ce jeudi 18 juin, la pr\u00e9sidente de la commission d\u00e9fense et s\u00e9curit\u00e9, Jaynet Kabila fustige les conditions sociales de ces agents de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“L\u2019\u00e9tat actuel de nos militaires et policiers laisse beaucoup \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, pour les militaires, le non-respect de la tension bar\u00e9mique de solde militaire. Un soldat par exemple de deuxi\u00e8me classe touche 171.500 FC et un g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019arm\u00e9e touche 259.167 FCC. Nous ajoutons \u00e0 cela, un taux d\u00e9risoire de fonds des m\u00e9nages. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, ils n\u2019ont pas d\u2019allocations familiales, pas d\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de loyer, pas de soins de sant\u00e9 appropri\u00e9s. Bref, je peux dire honorable pr\u00e9sidente, c\u2019est une vie sociale d\u00e9plorable et regrettable de nos militaires et policiers dont d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments se trouvent dans le rapport que vous avez \u00e0 votre disposition<\/em>,” a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jaynet Kabila<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ainsi elle a appel\u00e9 la commission \u00c9conomique et Financi\u00e8re de la chambre basse du parlement \u00e0 \u00eatre attentive pour \u00e9viter trop des r\u00e9percussions sur les efforts engag\u00e9s de militaires et policiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
