Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es certains congolais ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s\u2019installer en Ouganda voisin fuyant l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 chronique au Nord-Kivu, orchestr\u00e9e par la l\u00e9gion des groupes rebelles dans cette partie orientale de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces citoyens Congolais accusent un mauvais traitement dont ils sont victimes sur le sol Ougandais pendant cette p\u00e9riode de l’\u00e9preuve douloureuse caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par le fl\u00e9au plan\u00e9taire de la COVID-19, dont il s’agit notamment du manque de nourriture et des certains biens de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 mais aussi, en cas d’arrestation pour violation d’une mani\u00e8re ou d’une autre de consignes relatifs au confinement, les instances judiciaires ougandaises exigent le paiement des amandes exorbitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est dans ce cadre que M. Malemo Plune l’un d’entre eux a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00e0 lesvolcansnews.net le week-end dernier, le d\u00e9sire de voir les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes d’entreprendre des d\u00e9marches diplomatiques en guise de leur retour au pays afin qu’il rejoignent leurs familles respectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
