Sur proposition du ministre provincial en charge de l’administration du territoire Sebishimbo Rubuga Jean-Bosco, et au non du principe de l’unicit\u00e9 de commandement M. Bwanakawa Masumbuko Nyonyi, maire de Beni est suspendu de ses fonctions par mesure d’ordre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un arr\u00eat\u00e9 provincial num\u00e9ro 01\/124\/CAB\/GP-NK\/2020 rendu public ce samedi 30 mai portant suspension de ce cadre de l’administration publique en province du Nord-Kivu, Bwanakawa Masumbuko Nyonyi est accus\u00e9 d’avoir brill\u00e9 par des actes subversifs allant jusqu’\u00e0 jeter l’opprobre sur l’ex\u00e9cutif dont il fait lui-m\u00eame partie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’arr\u00eat\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e8le que ce dernier s’est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par un comportement contraire aux valeurs de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l’agent public de l’Etat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il convient \u00e9galement de signaler que, pendant la p\u00e9riode de sa suspension, l’int\u00e9rim sera sans aucune doute assur\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment au principe de la suppl\u00e9ance l\u00e9gale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bwanakawa Masumbuko Nyonyi maire de Beni alors suspendu de ses fonctions, est finalement victime de ses propos tenus dans sa sortie m\u00e9diatique du vendredi dernier sur la Radio T\u00e9l\u00e9vision Rwanzururu (RTR-Beni), mettant en exergue l’instrumentalisation des jeunes de la ville de Beni par certains politiciens de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
